A notable feature of AI is that it has changed the nature of what feels amateurish. It used to be that a poster made by someone who didn’t know what they were doing would be comic sans on clipart, which was at least charming. Now it’s that creepy Ghibli-knockoff style and lots of greebly overdetail.

Just finished reading The Black Cauldron by Lloyd Alexander, I liked it. The Chronicles of Prydain books are kinda like the Lord of the Rings books, but shorter. That animated movie by Disney missed out on a lot of good stuff by trying to squeeze two books into one movie. #chroniclesofprydain
