The great Peter Forward with his world record Harley. The only vehicle to have visited each country in the world. Peter and Kay came to talk to my students in Belgium in 2009. I'd met Peter a few times on my travels with the Enfield. You can Google him and I think his website is still around.

A Yamaha 250 King of the Road I bought in Cape Town in Feb 95. I rode it up to Bulawayo in Zimbabwe and back to South Africa. I sold it to go to Namibia for a few weeks. I wish I'd shipped it back, it was really easy and comfortable to ride and handled the different terrains with ease.

Bought some of this when I was in Holland the other day. Special offer 3,55 euro for a 4 pack. I used to buy this in a club in southport, uk, in 1984 for £1.30 per bottle. It appeared to have tasted better then. Seems very middle of the road nowadays.
