I'll bet every bottle is a decent beer. Will there be tasting feedback for those not in the UK?

My relatives came a few years ago and brought a couple of cases of this fine beer. Chimsee, with the copy of versailles in the middle is something else.

My 9 albums #my9albums www.my9albums.com/s/YQCuybEWAT I tried to choose LP's that have stayed with me or opened other doors for me. I've seen all these live except Icehouse and tge Stones. Best was Leonard Cohen in Brussels circa 2009.

I took the crewe to Cardiff midnight train with my father around 1979 a few times. Crewe was always busy, lots going on. Can I blame privatisation for Crewe's decline? Well, I will anyway.

Change doesn’t happen because those in power suddenly decide to be bolder - it happens when. Greens push them to be better. And on climate, that couldn’t be more urgent. Vote Green to keep fossil fuels in the ground, where they belong

The great Peter Forward with his world record Harley. The only vehicle to have visited each country in the world. Peter and Kay came to talk to my students in Belgium in 2009. I'd met Peter a few times on my travels with the Enfield. You can Google him and I think his website is still around.

A Yamaha 250 King of the Road I bought in Cape Town in Feb 95. I rode it up to Bulawayo in Zimbabwe and back to South Africa. I sold it to go to Namibia for a few weeks. I wish I'd shipped it back, it was really easy and comfortable to ride and handled the different terrains with ease.

Great cars, but difficult to work on due to the lack of space. Unfairly mocked. I got more people looking at that car in Germany than if I'd been in a rolls royce. Incidentally, I saw one for sale whist walking a strech of the mosel in Germany this summer. A more modern version at a price.

A possible way forward is offer a French foreign legion style format. Serve five years in the military and you get citizenship. If you've crossed the Sahara, made your way across Europe, sailed the channel in a dinghy perhaps you'd make a good soldier.

Good. Now arrest those who were with him for conspiracy, and then arrest those who tried to set fire to a hotel for arson. And then proscribe the group as a terrorist organisation. Which is what you are if you use violence for political ends. www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...
