If a behaviour is a red flag to you, that's a legitimate sensor reading even if it's not what someone else would perceive as such. Your red flags don't require approval from others. You're allowed to set your own parameters and decide whom to allow into your life on what terms.

The stakes are dire near the end of DS9 and you can tell the crew is stressed out because they get really into Warhammer.
