You're old. Get glasses, and don't fuck it up. 1. Figure out your ideal computer chair and posture. 2. MEASURE, and TELL your eye doctor the distance from which your eyes should ideally be from your screen. 3. Get proper eyeglasses. 4. Reject the blue blockers if you do color work.
