Some Bluesky clients will hide the image with a button but they also have the ability to see the alt text without checking the image, to decide if the NSFW art you're checking is okay to see in public! A great example was a video I made, clearly adult content but got labelled as just nudity & this then leads people to labeling as graphic when it isn’t so yes it does fuck with reach as well.
