Rodger Sherman @rodger.bsky.social · 22/03/2026totally anecdotal/maybe just me enjoying the hell out of watching these games but the actual quality of NCAA Tournament basketball these days is so good. like. it used to just be missed shots and grit 121966
TK from the Paper @pipedreams.blog · 22/03/2026If you go back and look at Houston/Memphis State in the 1983 Final Four, what many have called one of the best tournament games ever, the quality of play between all the dunks doesn't hold up. 001
Nate Keller @nkeller.bsky.social · 22/03/2026Iowa/Clemson yesterday was a while lot of missed shots and grit.. But I do agree, the finishing is so much better and the actual play is better. 001
Collin Whitchurch @cowhitchurch.bsky.social · 22/03/2026The days of undersized white guys passing the ball around the perimeter for 20 seconds before bricking a 3 are gone. (Northwestern fans don't read this) 001
My Password is Louvre @bmceuen.bsky.social · 22/03/2026The same people who say the NBA sucks because players got so skilled and defenses so complex they can’t understand it are now gonna turn against college basketball for the same reasons 020
Rodger Sherman @rodger.bsky.social · 22/03/2026been a lot of missed shots and grit since i posted this to be fair 01121
Baseball is Better @jtel14.bsky.social · 22/03/2026I just made essentially the same comment to my college dudes thread. NIL and portal is good. Players stay longer. I can’t remember the last March Madness in which I’ve seen so many made shots. 010
mstrawther.bsky.social @mstrawther.bsky.social · 22/03/2026DragonflyJonez always said on the old twitter, college basketball season is all about teams untrashing themselves. But yeah now the talent and quality feels elevated across the board 001
David Lectka @davidlectka.bsky.social · 22/03/2026Overall offensive efficiency has gone WAY up in the last 7 years 031
