My bf’s been monitoring these prisons for two years now, and he was the one to tell me: “He’s dead. 1.6% of El Salvador’s population is incarcerated. The prison capacity is 69,000.” That’s half the number allegedly incarcerated. That, no visitation, and that they brag about you not leaving alive.”
