HUD doesn't believe "Housing First" is a way of dealing with our Homelessness crisis. I say otherwise. In the last 3 weeks, thanks to Rapid Rehousing grant funding, I have been able to house 5 clients who were Homeless! The work is hard, frustrating, and long, but the end result is PURE HAPPINESS!
