I personally like the "dangerous bridge" analogy- a sign tells motorists that the bridge ahead is at risk of collapse. "98% of all structural engineers determined the bridge ahead is unsafe for vehicles." Do you continue anyway, because 2% of the engineers aren't finished looking at the data?
