Mike Walker @newnarrative.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Trump had begun comparing himself to Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, and Napoleon in private conversations. www.theatlantic.com/politics/202...theatlantic.comThe YOLO PresidencyTrump is focused on becoming one of history’s “great men.” 187431 0
Michelle LaLonde @petitecarcajou.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Wow, you sure can tell which president didn’t bother taking or paying attention in any basic world history class ever! 020 0
Memnon of Rhodes @johngage1.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Sure. Alexander, Caesar and Napoleon were among the greatest military geniuses in history. They led bravely from the front, built empires and were master strategists. They implemented brilliant legal & cultural reforms that reshaped the world to this very day. Totally, the same thing as Trump. 050 0
pschumacher @psschumacher.bsky.social · 02/05/2026Julius Caesar was tabbed 23X by his own senators. Alexander the Great may have been poisoned bc he died suddenly while surrounded by his generals who spent the next 40 yrs carving up his empire. Napoleon was exiled to the remote island of St Helena and he died under British guard of stomach cancer. 001 0
Hansel Krankepantzen @krankepantzen.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Not Adolph Hitler? Not Jesus Christ? Odd. Anyway, I do believe our mental health facilities are full of people with such delusions of grandeur. I thought they were all meant to be Napoleon or some such figure from history. Why should demented fascist plutocratic Lord Dampnut be any different? 090 0
Black Halloween Cat🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ @fabucat1958.bsky.social · 30/04/2026This is super bananas. My dad had this book about 6 mental patients in the same hospital, who thought that they were Jesus Christ. 150 0
Adam Parker @aparkerwriter.bsky.social · 01/05/2026The sad thing is that, despite history’s certain condemnation of him, Trump will go to his grave convinced he was a great man. 000 0

Odd Old Man @davids8663.bsky.social · 01/05/2026Trump can take comfort that his presidencies will be remembered for the next 250 years. He actions will be taught to school children. They will be told that they teach important lessons that should never be forgotten. That would still be true if he resigned tomorrow. 000 0
Old (pre-T***p) Soldier @oldsoldier999.bsky.social · 30/04/2026Problem is, we all know that a future Dem POTUS won't have the balls to tear down the ballroom and restore the East Wing, restore the Reflecting Pool, or to tear down the pending Arc de Trump. We'll be lucky if his name is removed from the Kennedy Center or the US Institute for Peace. 100 0
