The most important thing for anyone to know right now whether citizen or non-citizen.... if you find yourself detained by ANY law enforcement, no matter who they are or what they say do NOT SIGN ANYTHING without a lawyer who is advocating for you being present!

As someone that was “detained” at the airport in his first term… how exactly do you achieve this if you are “push” through to a holding area, the onto strip & search area, interrogation area etc etc… until you pop out the end. I couldn’t go back, I was forced to go forward in the process.

As a #MAGA Republican, I must point out that this will make enforcement harder…just like it will if you tell people that LEOs can use your face and/or thumbprint to unlock your phone, but can’t compel you to disclose your password. And that phones provided for you are very likely tapped/recorded.
