Håkon Nordhagen @hakonnordhagen.bsky.social · 22/08/2024The main objections I see are the ones connected to energy and area/resource use on «traditional farming» vs. pres fermentation (estmates span a wide range). Optimal way would be to have some of both, but both with a main objective to be compatible with a strenghtening of natural ecosystems. 010

I’d rather a Natl campaign guides & incentivises more backyard & balcony vege & fruit gardening (& of lentils) & safe chickens 🐓 for eggs, sold locally 130

Well that’s unfortunate, because almost everything you eat has passed through at least one factory before it reaches you.
