That's done with a height lerp! The height lerp on the ground is using Unreals RVT, while the moss on the bricks and building are height lerping through vertex colors like in this video: youtu.be/cHQLq1mMeh8?...

A 3d render reminiscent of the old 90s donkey kong country promotional renders. Donkey Kong is sitting in the center of his treehouse. He is pointing at a computer which seems to have the old paws inc ( GARFIELD!!!) website on the screen! Donkey Kong is surrounded by all sorts of items from his games, old and new.
