Angry at what the bill will do to further strain an already inefficient healthcare system, and at what cost (i.e., targeting the most vulnerable). Not to mention what it does to remove the safety nets geared towards families struggling to survive. This isn’t the America I grew up in.

Oh, I’m still angry, despite the self-care. You’re not alone there. I’m seeking ways to channel that. The exercising has been helping, to an extent. I want to be more involved in my community to counter the ick, but I’ve got to be honest that I’m exhausted after my day job. 😵‍💫

Totally get that in light of current events. You have to put your oxygen mask on first. You can’t take care or help others, without taking care of yourself first - you’ll burn yourself out. Hope that you’re well, and that you’re able to get back into a self-care routine.
