I’m calling on the General Assembly to vote to reconvene for special session to impeach or censure the Governor. Governor Polis commuted Tina Peters’ sentence after the legislative session, likely in an effort to avoid accountability for misconduct. The people of Colorado demand accountability.

Today we launched the first big TV ad of the AG’s race. I’ve spent my career standing up for working families by battling the Goliaths in our lives. The people of CO need a lawyer who’s going to take back the American Dream from corrupt politicians & billionaires. Join me w/ your vote on June 30th.

Zohran Mamdani and the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection have announced a "Click to Cancel" rule. The rule would make NYC the first city in the nation to ban subscription traps and force companies to make it just as easy to cancel subscriptions as it is to enroll.

Important thread about the rising trend of surveillance pricing—corporations setting their prices to extract the maximum amount each consumer will pay based on your personal data. If you’re in Colo. and concerned about this, check out David Seligman’s campaign for AG @seligmanforag.bsky.social

Here are the progressives who are most important to me in this race: * David Seligman for attorney general, who has spent his life standing up for people against corporations and wants to prosecute ICE * Julie Gonzales for Senator, who wants to abolish ICE and get Medicare for All.

Just compare the information on their websites, and it's night and day. Seligman is talking specifics about curbing corporate abuse and she is not. He has THOUGHT about this.

Third, I do not get the sense that she wants to be AG as anything other than a stepping stone for further ambitions. She is not talking about policy. She isn't talking about corporate abuse. She's very generically saying "I will stand up to Trump."

First, she has not committed to prosecuting ICE for misconduct. Second, do you know why her name was on the ballot in Anderson v. Griswold? It wasn't because she was standing up to Trump. It was because she was being sued because she did not do so.

This is a big deal—not just a process-based ruling, but a holding that Trump’s Alien Enemy Act proclamation is substantively invalid on its face. This will obviously not be the last word, but it’s a really important step in the AEA litigation.

Unfortunately, this is part of their playbook. Force managers and others to go along with the farce and fire probationers and others or quit out of principle. Just another way to clear out as many feds as possible and wreak havoc on the agencies and their missions. 1/3
