Swapped to carbon rims and just got my back from the shop. First outdoor ride, and oh my god it feels so nice. I can't even tell if it's the rims. It just feels so good to ride again.

I absolutely get it. In that vein, I always find it amazing when casual interactions go well. Int says "This will be tolerable at best" but then we're actually nice, kind, and patient with people they've never met before.

But then you'd never get to see umbrellas flipped open by a gale

I'm really starting to think that fatty/cheesy meals are causing me to skip workouts and need sleep. Last week, Mac and cheese -> skipped gym next day. This week, pizza -> skipped gym next day and feeling crappy AF.
