Swapped to carbon rims and just got my back from the shop. First outdoor ride, and oh my god it feels so nice. I can't even tell if it's the rims. It just feels so good to ride again.

Group ride sucked today. Wasn't feeling that great after the first climb. Got stung by a bee on my quad during the descent and missed the group up. Did a threshold effort just to catch them at the next group up point. I made it, but was just totally gassed. Decided to call it. Then had a flat.

Rode the motorcycle to work today! Going their saved me only 10 minutes, but there was so little traffic on 101/87 that I thought the rapture had come. On the way back, cut down 1h20m to 45m!
