Mike Cowgill @zadster.bsky.social · 19/06/2026Noctilucent clouds here tonight in West Yorkshire (England). Not seen them for a few years here! 010
Mike Cowgill @zadster.bsky.social · 27/02/2026@garybrannan.bsky.social I didn't realise ITV has archives in Leeds too, I thought they were all over in Manchester now. It seems Space 1999 has been remastered in 4K HDR from the original negs which were stored there. Anyway, here's a trailer, nifty processing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx9i...youtube.comThey Filmed It 50 Years Ago, But You've NEVER Seen It Like This | Space: 1999 4K Restoration BTSYouTube video by Gerry Anderson 100

Mike Cowgill @zadster.bsky.social · 23/08/2025@sionhudson.bsky.social @thealso.bsky.social Love the latest vid around the Menai Strait , especially with it being Sion's childhood home. Something stopped me in my tracks though; The little girl who died in the construction of the bridge. Lake Lock in Wakefield is where I was born and grew up. 210
Mike Cowgill @zadster.bsky.social · 08/06/2025The Moon seems exceptionally red tonight. Not sure if it is just a local thing to West Yorkshire, or if there is a more widespread atmospheric event going on. The Canadian fires or whatever. Also, not a bad photo for a phone camera. #redmoon #astronomy #moon #notmars #S22Ultra #Yorkshire 250
