The ER crowding is so bad in Edmonton that when I start a new person on chemo and I do the lecture on reporting to ER if there’s a fever, I have to preemptively warn them it will be an dangerously long wait. And then I urge them to write their MLA and premier bc that’s all any of us can do. #abpoli

*NEW* The Stettler Hospital OBGYN Unit CLOSED effective 8am July 10th and will remain closed until July 13th. Closure due to severe staffing constraints, which do not allow the unit to operate safely. All Presenting patients are now diverted to Red Deer (81KM) via EHS EMS /20
