blog.yukaritakeba.com/blogposts/ja... I finally posted a blog and I apologize there was no December blog. The blog explains why... oh and the majority of it is out of date... but I'm keeping it there for the sake of historicalness. If you are interested in these blogs, please let me know.

Sometimes the selfhosted organization decides to throw you a priority 2 type incident at you right before bed. Services recovering (via a uncreative work around) but I'm not gonna get a useful answer from the VPS host for such a bizarre issue 🛌.

Maxine (Max) @yukaritakeba.com · 04/10/2025

Okay I wanted to wait until I wrote the blog but god damn it I need to share this. OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) automatically installing routes from the Lab (which is both Cisco and Mikrotik) into the production network automatically 🙂. This is making me very giddy.

Maxine (Max) @yukaritakeba.com · 02/10/2025

Okay it took 3 attempts to post this... and apparently photos don't work? Let's see if it uploads now.

New blog soon. Some highlights. - Found another vendor quirk. - Bought a Cisco 2911. - Maddy and I both think it's too loud... fan mod for that soon. - Renewed appreciation for clabretro and Cisco engineers. - The lab is probably the perfect CCNA and CCNP lab (and MTCRE). - Need another room.

Are you looking for a fun new VTuber to tune in to? Do you feel seen by any of these statements? Come hang out on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays (as well as sporadic guerilla late nights) with me, Solace Eon! twitch.tv/solaceeon ✰ .ᐟ #VTuber + #VSky + #Streamer + #Promosky

An image of Solace's VTuber model on top of a purple-pink-yellow gradient looking to the right at text that reads:

"LOOKING FOR MY AUDIENCE!
I APPEAL TO:

Those who came out swinging from a South Philly basement Caked in stale beer and sweat under half-lit fluorescents.

Persona fans that also like shin megami tensei but prefer persona just a tiny bit more.

Pokemon fans that want to like the newer gens but are just a bit disappointed with the whole ordeal.

The girls, the gays, and the theys.

Neurodivergent folks who can’t seem to wrangle their executive dysfunction.

Black cat owners who know they’re kind of on the level of orange cats but don’t particularly want to admit that.

Emos, punks, goths, EGLs, basically anyone who falls under the “alternative” bubble.

One of his logos that reads "Solace Eon" sits at the bottom middle of the image.

24H2 has caused a ton of headaches where I work. I'm currently blocked from upgrading to 24H2 on my desktop at home because I own an ASUS motherboard (thanks ASUS!) but I know the moment it happens it will be so miserable I will just switch to Linux daily.

I... Disagree but maybe my experience is different and maybe I'm different but I'm a little more outgoing and I've found myself in persona based communities and meeting new people I haven't met before. It's out there!

020

Maxine (Max) @yukaritakeba.com · 25/02/2025

All of this could be summed down to "be the change you want to be."

050

Maxine (Max) @yukaritakeba.com · 25/02/2025

Site to actually build that community. I'm sorry I haven't been posting much either. Full time work stressing me out (you know more brawler) but people really need to stop using Twitter. Period.

Maxine (Max) @yukaritakeba.com · 25/02/2025

More people need to use it and more people need to realize they can moderate blue sky themselves. Moots of mine, if you're seeing this. There's no reason to stay on Twitter anymore. It's a platform of hate, misinformation and you're feeding a man your data. It's up to us, the people who use this
