How much power is META's AI Data Campus in Los Lunas using? How does that compare to the biggest data centers in New Mexico?
The current largest operating AI campuses in so-called "New Mexico": Meta AI Campus 483MW - Location: Los Lunas. Three more buildings are currently being constructed which will add an additional 246mw, for a total of 729mw. 1 megawatt can provide power to 600 homes. Thar means Meta's current usage could power 289,800 households.Zenith Volts: 1,250MW in Roswell, New Mexico would equal the power of 2.5 meta AI campuses or enough energy to power 750,00 householdsProject Jupiter 2,450MW in Dona Ana County would equal the power of five meta AI campuses or enough energy to power 1,570,000 householdsNew Era Lea 7,000MW in Lea County would equal the power of 14 Meta AI campuses or enough energy to power 4,200,000 households
