Before you trust any coverage percentage, ask what it divides by. A topical map gives you a real denominator, and a raw keyword list doesn't.

Ten keywords with the same intent return almost the same results. Count all ten and a site gets credit ten times for covering what is really one topic.

A site ranking for 5% to 25% of its topical map was cited by AI Overviews roughly 31 times as often as one ranking for under 5%. How much of a subject you cover tracks how often you get cited.

The names describe ranked coverage and nothing else. Tourists collectively held 63.1% of all top-20 positions, so the tier isn't a judgment on quality.
