I'm visually impaired and use a white cane. When a car is stopped across a pedestrian crossing controlled by lights and I have the green light it's getting a few very hard wacks of my cane. Your paint isn't as important as my safety and hopefully you understand why.

A co-worker was telling me about their room-mates complaining about the idea of having Autumnal & Halloween decorations up at the same time. This led to us imagining mixing the two and having squirrels in little costumes trick or treating for nuts, and it just sounds [expletive deleted] adorable!!

73 yo. I own about 23,000 staples. I use at most half-a-dozen a month. My staples will clearly outlive me. Some of the staples are in plastic boxes, so they will last a long time even if landfilled. So this is my legacy, boxes of staples? I get stressed thinking about this.

I used to play chess with an older guy. One evening I pulled the obscure En Passant capture move. He was furious and claimed I was cheating. I left with him shouting. Next day his daughter phoned to say he had died in his sleep. I never told her I think I killed him with chess.

Sinopa! After the non-avian dinosaurs, but before cats and dogs, mammals like this were abundant carnivores. Sinopa was a hyaenodont, not related to hyenas (or foxes, despite the name) but a different form of meat-eater with a specialized shearing bite along the cheek teeth. 🧪
