It's important to understand that before Margaret Thatcher Social Care in the UK was basically nationalised. 100% of children and 64% of Pensioners were in Nationalised Social Care. And that it was destroyed by FORCING Councils to sell it off by freezing their budgets.

All medical staff have been forced to withdraw from Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza as Israeli tanks move towards the facility. There is supposed to be a ceasefire in Gaza, but War Criminal Israel will level one of the last hospitals with its tanks and no one will even say anything
