I’m making a browser extension called Safe Badge to let you know which Twitch streamers have disabled Gen AI training. This is an honor system as there’s no way to verify it. But it’s better than nothing. The extension isn’t finished yet but you can give yourself the badge here: safebadge.ori.mx

The more I ponder what Mary said here, I think it is VERY important for those who don't like this EVEN IF YOU DON'T STREAM and want to send a message to Amazon on where the Twitch community falls in the genAI discussion to go in their settings and turn this off. i've seen two posters from my band offices (in 24hrs) using gen ai "native" artwork, one being my late uncle's design which they have permission + vectors to use. there are so many talented artists in our communities, reach out to them instead of teaching gen ai our designs 😭

after much reflection, i've decided to take an indefinite hiatus from streaming. this is due to lifestyle changes, mental health + burnout, and no longer feeling the spark for streaming atm. i'm still planning on creating content, so keep an eye out for those soon! gilakas'la for all the support 💚
