A European data center is useful. It does not magically make your stack sovereign. Jurisdiction, portability, self-hosting, provider independence and the ability to keep operating all matter too. Sovereignty is less about coordinates and more about options.

Jurisdiction matters. So do portability, self-hosting, provider independence, source availability and the ability to keep operating if a vendor changes direction.
