Stressed out about work. I go up for tenure this semester and either get it or I'm fired... and one of my coworkers (who does my evaluation) started asking me a bunch of questions about things related to my job and my brain is telling me he's finding out stuff so he can get rid of me.

CW: Abuse and hate I think the first time I got the shit beaten out of me (that I remember) was sometime around age 10. That was at home with a pvc pipe. I was beaten up repeatedly in school. Teachers did nothing. If you're different enough, society doesn't give a shit.
