Clothe sizes are bullshit. How can I fit into an entire size smaller and without stretch if I buy Amazon Essentials? But if I buy stretch and a size bigger from C&A or H&M it's like I gained 20kg out of nowhere? And then I wear the "L" pants I bought in 2012 and they still fit fine...

Scammers really don't seem to last long on this platform. In September 2025 I made a public search for a modeller, and checking back almost a year later shows that only 3 out of 200+ accounts are still alive today. The rest is now a "Deleted Account". Crazy real to scammer ratio.

I've noticed an alarming trend in my family. Those that use AI have started to become incapable of thinking. Anything even slightly difficulty immediately requires AI. Can't find an artist? AI. Writing a book and stuck? AI. Can't follow a tutorial? AI. They're devolving in real time.

The last NextCloud update enabled password expiry against my wishes and since it never warned me about it, I had to fix it with alternative methods: Adjust every pwd_last_updated field in the oc_preferences database table to the latest unix timestamp (date +%s). What a shitshow.

Well, I've gotten to the point in Anno 117 that I can say it's not worth it. The story is bland and boring (as usual in Ubisoft games), the gameplay is exactly the same Anno they've made before, and the feature set is somehow even less than before. There's so much they could've improved but didn't.

A bit disappointed that you can't have the same random map start in Anno 117 that used to be present in older Anno titles. That initial exploration phase was the one reason you would even trade with others, but now you just get an island assigned and it has the same resources always.
