I have an emtb so I went up the shorter but steeper way and also yes. When I got up there someone else was turning around after they’d reached the top the second time THAT DAY. 😱 I still went back down on the main road instead of the trails because better view and also I did not want to die.

This is among the least stupid bike legislation I have seen. The wattage limitations on class 1-3 are still kinda stupid, though. Like having a HP limit on an engine in vehicles with no regard for vehicle size. Cargo bike meant to haul groceries and a passenger? TOO BAD

“Metroidvania” as a genre name is superseded only by “soulsborne” in its stupidity. You can’t name a genre after a game only six people played. That is just aggrieved Bloodborne players trying to piggyback onto the popularity of a series people have actually played.

Metroidvania is kind of a dumb name for a genre. It was first used on Symphony of the Night to describe how they had turned into a Metroid style game. It’s like if someone called Arkham Asylum “Metroid Asylum” and that was what we started calling every 3d game where you unlock new abilities.

I think “we’re charging 10x for the 10x plan instead of 10x for the 20x plan” is more an indicator it was kinda dumb to have the $200 plan give you 4x as much as the $100 plan when the $100 plan gave you 5x the $20 plan. They didn’t even do a thing like $100 gives you 6x instead of 5x.
