My local Walmart has a contract with Spark Delivery to delivery products from Walmart. A local Walmart Associate told me Drivers are not obligated and may choose what gets delivered. I 'd love to see that contract.

Walmart Management in Casper tells me my overdue, grocery delivery is handled by a separate outfit that is contracted out for that service. So, Walmart is not responsible? That outfit is fulfilling the contract agreed upon by Walmart. That contract must be pretty piss-poor with very low standards.

I gotta say. I have Original Medicare Parts A & B with no-pay Wellcare Classic (PBP) and at 70 years old living with Social Security Retirement. I've been lucky with only a few prescriptions and fewer hospital needs last year, Banner Health in Casper has set up payment plan of 80 bucks a month .
