An update on the TikTok situation from our monitoring on Reddit. Now you get TOS'ed for saying negative comments about meta and Zuckerberg, left-wing politics get flagged as misinformation, and you can't tag #fucktrump #fuckelon or #fuckmeta but you CAN tag #fuckbiden and #fuckkamala

Two new litters of baby bunnies around here. Both does are doing great. We actually evened out the numbers because Cheesecake seems to make a ton of milk and she had the smaller litter. Her babies always look fit to bursting!

My ex was narcoleptic and at the time they would give him handfuls of meth and the pharmacy didn't check ID at pickup. He had to be on that before they would give him non addictive medication with no street value that works so much better. If it was about healthcare they wouldn't do this crap.

Loads! He was originally a short story author. Four Past Midnight, Night Shift and Hearts in Atlantis are all collections I've enjoyed. Hearts in Atlantis has tie ins to The Dark Tower series but isn't an official part of it.

I am at 144 books read for this year! I just finished re-reading Trapped by Kevin Hearne on my Iron Druid re-read. I'm also reading The Chaos Machine by Max Fisher. I'm taking guesses on how many books I'll finish before 2025. I'm also taking suggestions on books I need to read!

I live on land that belongs to the dxʷsəq̓ʷəbš (Suquamish). It is good to take a moment and reflect, as white people, on our role as colonizers and the atrocities left in our wake. It makes me feel small and powerless, but it also makes me want to do better and give back more than I take.

I had a moment of existential dread yesterday after I heard an updated report on transmission of bird flu to humans and a possible human to human transfer. I shut down for a few minutes because my brain couldn't handle the idea of another pandemic under Trump with RFK as his side kick. 😱

Great question. I think the biggest thing is letting our issues bring us together instead of divide us. Reading about the Combahee River Collective and their struggles was really interesting for me.
