People need to realize that the New York Times is going to pivot to "self-ID" now, essentially to build up the next fight, a total end of all legal recognition for transgender people. A handful of states have already started passing these laws, and it is absolutely what they are going for next.

Some quick thoughts on certain legislators ideas around 'conceding' on sports. It actually doesn't matter whether you think it's a good idea or not - you cannot functionally do it.
