Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Yeah I mean even our own sword player doesn't want to push the weapon in comp because it's just so much harder than everything else 010
Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Sword really needs weapons that can fight up close when needed. Bucket is a solid pairing but you can also just have 52 or dapples along with a short range support (shot splash Jr mini tri). At the end of the day though the sword needs to just be very good to make it work. 110

Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 10/09/2026That's fair I just think turf is so coin flippy that people don't like it, you can be winning the whole game but it's usually just the last 45 seconds that matter. One mistake losing the whole game feels awful 010
Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Sib only plays dualies so we didn't have both but reeflux/other paint bot + 52 blaster pencil is very strong. Toffles just played gold aerospray since it was easier to pick up compared to reeflux 110
Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 09/09/2026In NA league the one mode we were able to beat or get close to beating top teams (like content cat we beat) were on turf war because they would drop a slayer for reeflux and I just got to run at people with short blaster and win against better players because they were generally on supports 110
Woomy Nation @woomynation.bsky.social · 09/09/2026The thing is these weapons are also good slayers in turf, 52 being self sufficient with paint and very good area denial with wall and short blaster having great aoe for a lot of maps. Good 1v1 weapons are also good in turf cuz fights often are spread out. Short blaster is a bit worse but still great 110
