Delays aren't just annoying. They cost money. Every month a project is waiting for feds to sign a grant is a month that the project can't start. That means another month of increasing construction costs, sometimes killing projects. Trump Admin is thus systematically undermining transit projects.

The Paterson intersection took 59” to cross. I got a walk sign ~30” after calling. Sorry but based on this experience I’d say your Livingston intersection prioritizes cars. I’ll try to ovserve again in the morning

On the way back it took 1’24” to cross the entire intersection. The walk sign call took ~35” but I didn’t have to wait in the median this time

I just crossed this intersection from the Festival Foods corner to the Vintage Brewing corner. The walk sign took ~25” but I had to wait another ~25” in the median, so the entire crossing took over a minute. I’d say that’s too much for an intersection with mid-rise buildings on 3 corners
