With ZERO background in liminal spaces, I enjoyed Backrooms. Though, I went to a resort for a business retreat once which was decorated in kind of the same way, and the uneasiness vibe never really settled because I kept waiting for intoxicated people with lanyards to pop up out of nowhere.

TBH, the addition of a collar and the removal of the piping that went back over the shoulders was a substantial upgrade on the look of the uniforms. It matured the appearance in way that I can only describe as, "no longer Junior Spaceman."

Just gonna say, I love self checkout at stores. I've only encountered a couple where the UI is ridiculously multi-layered and confusing. Maybe my parents talked to too many people in line for checkout when I was a child, making an eternity of the store visit, but it's a line buster and I love 'em.
