...I fixed the pipe's hitbox, by the way. Actually, fun fact, it wasn't the pipe that was the issue. The game was checking if the *mouse* was inside the tray. But since the pipe's long and tall, people kept MISSing by aiming "too high". So I added a secondary check. No more unfair pipes 😅

Extracting a notorious pipe in Episode 1-1 of Cutting Edge: Roots Of Mutation. Many players would try to place it in the rightmost tray, only to incur a "MISS", as the game didn't consider it in the tray even though the pipe looked like it would be in it.

Several types of rhythms do exist, but to make gameplay approachable, you just need to worry about the D.U.C.C.'s timer cues and EKG sounds. There's a small amount of time to administer a shock. If it's missed, you'll have to wait for another cycle, all while max vitals are depleting!

Biggest jumps were the reveal (got pretty lucky with the trailer shared around on bsky), demo release, and digital festivals (such as Steam Anthro Fest). As expected, in-person events don't hike WLs much, but are still great for interacting with people! Word-of-mouth is always good!
