Usually I need a lot of variety in my meals. For example, I don’t do pasta-based dishes more than once a week and try to not repeat a dish within the same month. But I could probably eat nachos at least weekly. Also curry.

Cooked supper as a family, which is the best way to cook supper. The kid decided he wanted to try spring rolls because he found them in his Bluey cookbook. Left out the cabbage, but he gives them a thumbs up even with cooked carrots inside
