Usually I need a lot of variety in my meals. For example, I don’t do pasta-based dishes more than once a week and try to not repeat a dish within the same month. But I could probably eat nachos at least weekly. Also curry.

I have so much reading to do. Physical library books hit their renewal limit, my Libby hold that I’m halfway through and is another 8 week wait if I suspend the hold just became available, my audio book is due to Libby on Monday morning, and Hollywood, Ending will be delivered Tue.

Cooked supper as a family, which is the best way to cook supper. The kid decided he wanted to try spring rolls because he found them in his Bluey cookbook. Left out the cabbage, but he gives them a thumbs up even with cooked carrots inside

I arrive at work while it’s still dark for a good chunk of the winter anyway. I will take dark mornings in exchange for not throwing off my (and my kid’s) circadian rhythm twice a year
