I doubt Russia has tons of diesel to export. They're in a fuel shortage crisis. It'd be illegal, violating sanctions. And awful strategy while Russia is attacking Ukraine, menacing NATO allies, and helping Iran target Americans. But looks like Trump trying to jawbone markets before the midterms.

Trump announces that the U.S. will buy Russian oil. This is just a few weeks after Trump signed the Lindsey Graham Russia Sanctions bill, which authorized him to place 100% tariffs on countries that are the biggest importers of Russian oil/gas. Are we going to tariff ourselves now?

It is but you're in such good shape I have no doubt it would be no problem at all for you. The issue is for every step you take you slide back down a few feet. The last time I tried it I was in my mid 30's and I was weak and trembly for hours after, so no mas. My nieces and nephews can sprint it.

Yep! The view and experience are breathtaking from the top. You feel like you’re on a cliff almost 500 feet high over the lake. The colors of the water are amazing: turquoise, azure, ocean blue. It’s one of the more special places on Earth.

They should. They do here at Sleeping Bear Dunes. For years they had a sign at the top saying don't go down if you're not in excellent shape, & yet -people went down. And couldn't get back up. Climbing a sand dune that's 450 ft high in the summer heat isn't easy. They now charge $3,000 for a rescue.

I'm sure! You need one or the other. I love mountains so much it didn't make sense for our honeymoon not to include them - but I also love water. So we didn't compromise and went to Vancouver Island and got both. So cool to be on a sandy Pacific Beach and see snow capped mountains in the distance.

It's wonderful, I highly recommend it. I started these guys on harnesses & leashes when they were kittens & they took to them right away. I don't think any of my other cats would have been able to do it: too spooky, couldn't abide a harness. Maybe it's the Maine Coon abilities & early training.

It is wonderful! I have two, Pancho & Bear, & they both love love love to go for walks in the woods, and are very grateful & happy when we go. I can't take them both at the same time as they're like to run off in opposite directions so it's two walks every day that we go & I let them pick the path.

I'm embarrassed to say that this is something I know almost nothing about: the relative qualities & uses of of hard & soft woods. I looked it up & you weren't kidding: cottonwood has only half the btus of oak. All I knew is that they drum it into you only to use oak in a heat efficient fireplace.

I've not had the privilege but since you brought it up I'm going to visit! I loved my short visit to Oregon a few years back and this will be an excuse to go again. Did you visit the old growth stand in Copper Harbor when you were there. Estivant Pines. Just a few trees but they're magnificent.
