Meanwhile, people ask AI to introduce errors so when they publish their “work” it will seem more human. Just ironic.

“Take more ownership” is not a career plan. Neither is “think at a higher level.” Seniority deserves a more useful explanation.

Kevin is one of the speakers who I'm excited to meet at @zurichjs.com. He’s taught me so much about CSS through his videos.

I just bought my ticket to @zurichjs.com! I've heard so much about the community in Zurich, and a lot of awesome folks are going to be there! FYI, there's 3 more hours on the current price - and they're a steal even at full-price.

I still remember building our own Jenkins jobs to do this. Flaky finder.

Oh yeah, that was weird.

I can't stand a lot of thumbnails (insert shocked thumbnail face here) but this is REALLY just fine. I like a thumbnail that sets the tone without being over the top.

These thoughts have been brewing for months and months as we’ve been rebuilding Video.js at @mux.com. Felt so good to get them on paper and present them to CascadiaJS. Hope you can learn from our mistakes!

Meanwhile - and this isn't shade but my impression - Chrome updates seem filled with nothing but AI features. That's cool, and I hope it helps our DX (and agent experience), but it's been more fun watching what Safari is cooking.

Plus, the entire team is really passionate - they all lit up talking about so many things along the way. By the way @jensimmons.bsky.social, I've been reading the Safari release notes this past year and it's consistently amazed me how much is being shipped. Bravo to your team!

This group lab was really good. My takeaways: - they prioritize features based on use cases and the value it provides to users - web performance is an infinite game (never done) - the new <model> element is supported across Apple devices/browsers - spatial CSS is super exciting!

Let’s meetup in Boston!

I’ll try to make it! I’ll be coming up from Hartford, so if anyone wants to cowork during the day, let me know!

I’m not active there but my take is just posting a project isn’t contributing to the community/discussion forum. I think you’re trying to be accommodating but it sounds like it is hurting the subreddit with little or no benefit. I’d revise the rules and be polite about enforcing it for a month.
