Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 27/02/2026Technically shes not a clinician. Its mind blowing that shes even suggested for this role, let alone actually at this point. Ugh. 000
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 22/06/2025Looks absolutely amazing, Neal. Glad you got out and enjoyed it!! 010

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 22/05/2025Want to feel like your professional skills have tanked? Reviewing an old presentation as I get ready for a new one, my 13 year old son starts reading the old titles of the old slides. I had no idea how ridiculous that they could sound! 😆#Humbling 😂 010

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 02/04/2025Amazing! I'll reach out in a few weeks (life the next few...) very curious to learn more on the exercise and CSF movement relationship... which comes with needing to learn more about CSF movement in general! 010
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 02/04/2025That's awesome - congrats to you both. Question... Has she done work on CSF flow in response to exercise, especially endurance exercise? 210
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 02/04/2025Awesomeness happened. 😀 (Though I feel for Visma - that's gotta hurt) 000
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 02/04/2025I'd be really happy if Wout could pull Flanders or Roubaix off. he's had a brutal last what, year to year and a half with injuries/accidents... Gonna be a tough thing to accomplish with the firepower on those start lines though. 010
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 02/04/2025As a cycling fan, and American, Powless winning Dwars door Vlaanderen today is cool as heck. Great win! But ooph, Visma as a team, 3 v 1, in the finale... that's a tough loss after a GREAT ride by them. 130

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 21/03/2025I'm a supplement skeptic for sure... The volume of solid info on creatine is pretty astonishing at this point though. It would take some really stout work to derail the really strong work done on this subject. @creatinegirl.bsky.social I'd bet you have some solid info to add to this. 250

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 20/03/2025Its amazing. Maybe they lose 10, 20, 30 seconds on their drive... maybe. Somehow that seems like a bigger inconvenience than seriously hurting or killing a person riding a bike. That, is messed up! 150
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 19/03/2025But, Derek, "he" said he didn't know anything about it... I mean he employed a ton of the authors and stuff, but knew nothing and "disavowed it". This is a shock! 🤪 000

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 08/03/2025Steve, those are both incredibly valuable. Frankly, some of my favorite memories are 4-6 hour training rides done solo, on road or mountain bikes. The processing and creativity that come out of those sorts of experiences is amazing! 000
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 05/03/2025Totally agree... But as a fan... I'd love it! Every now and then someone that's not real high on the radar surprises... Love to see it happen for him! 000

Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 01/02/2025Meaning that I suspect rec stay more pyramidal all year, while comp move a bit between the two from early to late to competitive season etc. I wonder. 000
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 01/02/2025Gotcha. It would be interesting to see based on session intent. I loved it. I think the info can help affirm or better inform training decisions. It would be interesting to be able to do a similar analysis over a year or more. I think comp would show more variability than rec - thats my hypothesis! 100
Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 01/02/2025After my 1st read: the pyr (rec) and pol (comp) TID outcomes feel observable in practice and has me considering the impact of seasonal progression for comp. Will Kirousis, MS, CSCS @willkirousis.bsky.social · 31/01/2025Jem: I enjoyed your thread, but have to read the article. If I followed correctly, I really liked how Pol and Pyr may impact different athlete levels a bit differently. I think age group and new athletes do less vol, and thus a bit more int/vol can workout well vs an elite. I'm excited to read more. 010
