Hard to believe that Mark Francois MP, is the Shadow Tory Defence Minister. Served in the TA between 1983/88 as a Lieutenant. He's 5'7" tall & has put on a lot of weight since then. Bragged about his 'cold war' army service. 😂 It appears only the Brigadier & Lt Col are overjoyed to see the squirt.
