Do they usually do a State of Play just a few weeks before the Tokyo Game Show?

Ooooh are people feeling about some of those newer 2024 subclasses?

Oh awesome I didn’t know you started! Hope you have a good time

Whoops All Mimics @whoopsallmimics.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

For sure. My reasoning is a huge stretch to be sure. “Guess who’s back” = something returning which is more likely a boomerang style weapon which I then coped into being the blitzball bouncing back. This is my vision haha

Whoops All Mimics @whoopsallmimics.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Yah blitzball! As much as I’d love to have a full mini game I’m mostly hoping the new ranged dps is a guy that throws a blitzball

I know it’s still a week off but have any expectations for things to see at Berlin Fanfest

I watched that myself for the first time recently and yah I really liked it a lot

I’m not sure what you mean by spamming but the worlds themselves seem resistant to certain degrees of meddling. The worlds and how people live in them are a little odd to be sure. Flappers said he’s been waiting 20 years? Has he been losing and resetting or just stuck at Crabbington?

The pilot was fantastic! You and the team did great

Probably not the hottest or more obscure takes but a lot of people downplay Samurai Champloo because it’s not Bebop and alternatively I’ll personally want to rewatch 08th MS Gundam over Wing or the more popular Gundam anime

Haha thanks. My partner has been a big fan and we watched the more recent stuff together but now I’m going back to older arcs. This one is probably one of my favorites

If you two wanted to learn magic how would you prefer to go about it? Would you rather study it? (Academically/ Artistically) Conduct / construct it as more of a tradesmen? Or just enlist an incredibly powerful otherworldly entity to “gift” you major for favors? Or maybe another way?

I’m sure the setting will be interesting and perhaps what you’re suggesting isn’t even that “against the grain” as someone might think but when it comes to fantasy and fiction as a tool for enabling the “impossible” for me the most interesting systems have consistent rules which include drawbacks.

Super late to this. I wanted to think a bit about this and not knee jerk react. Plenty of people have already jumped to my initial thought of Star Trek as a narrative. After some thought though a society with no blemishes could be read as propaganda-y(?). “There is no war in Ba Sing Se” uncanny.
