I have to get to the point where the caffeine i consume is minimal because it makes my meds not work as well and it also makes me more tired in general. ...but I have to make it over the like week of caffeine withdrawal headache and idk if I can do it

something about hitting that point where none of your grandparents are alive anymore is depressing. Its like the slippery slope of getting old and everyone you love thats older than you is starting to die and its going to happen a lot more than when you were a child.
