The DA should resign. Despite his attempts to hide it, this actually comes through even in his bullshit summary when you read it critically.

According to a transcript of the alleged victim's interview with campus
police, obtained by CBS New York's Mahsa Saeid from a source, Jane
Doe distinguished the initial sexual activity from what she says
happened later in the night.

She described drinking and using drugs the night of the alleged rape,
and said she had gaps in her memory, according to the transcript.

When asked whether she was OK with the initial encounter, she said,
"Yeah, as much as I can be because, again, I was super drunk when I
got there ... But I was pretty OK with all of this."

When describing what happened later in the night, the transcript says
Jane Doe said, "I can say with 100% confidence I was raped."

Who is the administrator of DOGE?

I'll look up official sources for who currently leads DOGE and any confirmation or
appointment announcements.

What the order created

Executive Order 141587 (January 20, 2025) did not create a cabinet department. It renamed
the U.S. Digital Service as the United States DOGE Service (USDS) in the Executive Office of
the President.

That order created a USDS Administrator who reports to the White House Chief of Staff. The
same person headed a temporary organization that the order said would end on July 4, 2026.
That end date does not cancel the rest of the order.

Who holds the job now

I cannot verify a current official name from White House or Federal Register pages
checked today.

One thing I keep seeing with regard to the Cornell rape story is comments that the Cornell University PD is basically just mall security, or a small department, and that's false. CUPD's force is the same size (50ish) as the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office, and on campus, they have the same powers.

Just utterly absurd. Prosecutors have an obligation under Brady v Maryland and Giglio v US to disclose information that reflects adversely on the credibility of one of their witnesses. Brady lists are supposed to help prosecutors meet that duty by flagging cops that such information exists on.
