Absolute Batman fever never stops. Great to see this at a store as big as Midtown. @ssnyder1835.bsky.social and @nickdragotta.bsky.social are killing it!

@therightram.bsky.social and Evan Cagle’s New Gods is an instant classic. Issue 7 is packed full classic character moments. I barely have any words to describe the way this book makes me feel.

Absolute Green Lantern 2 is crazy! It feels like Akira meets Arrival. What @alewingpromotes.bsky.social and @jahnoyl.bsky.social are building is special. Check out my review here: youtu.be/Wh76aLj8jZo?...

Issue 7 was both heartbreaking and hype. This book takes a big swing every chance it gets. I’m running to the shop on Wednesday.

It was so dope to meet @denizcamp.bsky.social at Bulletproof Comics in Brooklyn. If you liked Absolute Martian Manhunter, you’ll LOVE Assorted Crisis Events from camp and @ericxyz.bsky.social

020

Chris @whataboywonders.bsky.social · 15/03/2025

@denizcamp.bsky.social don’t miss. The Ultimates has made every one of their books a must-buy for me and Assorted Crisis Events does not disappoint. A timely story that captures the insanity of the world we live in. Camp and @ericzawadzki.bsky.social got something special brewing.

A series I don’t want to end. The finale is going to be epic and I can’t wait. If you’re not reading The Shadow Cabinet, get on it!

All I ask of @ssnyder1835.bsky.social is for Absolute Freeze to yell “FREEZE IN HELL, BATMAN!” It would solidify this run as an all-time Batman run.

Chris @whataboywonders.bsky.social · 18/01/2025

I know all the hype is around Absolute DC and Ultimate Marvel rn, but it does not get much better than a @ssnyder1835.bsky.social and @jockbsky.bsky.social collab You Won’t Feel a Thing OUT NOW.

Chris @whataboywonders.bsky.social · 07/01/2025

So dope to see an ad for comics on the train today. More of this Marvel and DC!

Chris @whataboywonders.bsky.social · 02/01/2025

Creature Commandos is full of awesome performances, but there was something about Rupert Thorne that had me going this dude is a special type of evil and needs a larger role. When @jamesgunn.bsky.social revealed it was Ben Davis who played Dutch in RDR, I was like of course. Fantastic performance.

Every comic book retailer will say this to you. Pre-orders are vital because they show interest and enthusiasm, and that leads to sales. There are entire companies that we order nothing from because they get no pre-orders. This is why Pros keep going on about pre-orders so much.
