Today I made one of my favourite desserts: kunafeh! Traditional dish from the Levant, made of shredded filo pastry soaked in butter with a layer of melted cheese in the middle and drenched in a saffron & rose infused syrup (which I also made!). Garnished w/ crushed pistachios & dry rose petals 🥰
