I sincerely hope the DevRel Foundation is able to recover, refocus, and become successful in my absence. I wish the people involved the clarity, care, and leadership needed to move the work forward in a healthier way.

I joined and served because I care deeply about DevRel as a profession and wanted to contribute to a community that supports, strengthens, and sustains the people doing this work. That commitment has not changed.

The environment has become unhealthy for me to continue participating in good faith, and I am not able to be effective in this role under the current conditions.

Effective immediately, I am resigning as Chair of the DevRel Foundation. This was not an easy decision, but it has become clear that I am no longer aligned with the direction, culture, or spirit in which the group is currently being run.
