When it comes to intimidating racist protests including outside our homes or place of worship, Black and Asian people are supposed to just accept it and the government saying “we hear you” and “it is right to protest this” and “I love flags me”. No thought of “cumulative impact” for us!

Scotland thrives because people choose to make it their home. Migration isn’t something to fear, it’s the lifeblood of our communities and keeps our cities alive, our towns dynamic, and our society forward-looking. It’s one of Scotland’s greatest assets and we should be celebrating that!

While this version of the invitation letter from this provider assures participants that their answers will not be seen by their decision maker at the DWP and will not affect their award, we have not seen the terms of reference, details on the scope of the workInvitation letter from Verion on behalf of the DWP.

We are inviting you to take part in the Areas of Extra Cost Survey. This is an important new survey for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This survey is about the barriers people may face that make it harder to take part in society. The survey will ask about the extra costs that you may face to overcome these barriers. The results will be used to understand how Personal Independence Payment (PIP) can best help with extra living costs.

You have been randomly chosen from a list of everyone who gets PIP. We have invited more than 60,000 people to take part.

You do not have to take part. Your choice, or the answers you provide if you take part, will not affect the benefits you get. No one working on your PIP assessment case will know that you have taken part or see your answers.

You will get a £10 online gift voucher as a thank you for taking part.

How to take part: You can take part online or by phone.

This year Scottish Water have changed their Pro-active Bottled Water Initiative for disabled and chronically ill people. Instead of delivering bottled water for contingencies, they are now issuing a £4 e-voucher which can be used to buy a supply of bottled water.
Pro-active Bottled Water
Initiative

As a customer on our Priority Services Register, your safety and well-being are our top priorities-especially as we approach the winter months.

While we hope you won't experience any interruptions to your water supply, we know that cold weather can be un-predictable.

To help you stay prepared in case of an emergency, we're providing a £4 e-voucher, via our voucher partner Prezzee, for the purchase of still bottled water, any brand or size. The e-voucher can be used in-store only.

Your e-voucher can be used at any of the retailers: Aldi, ASDA, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Caffé Nero, Costa, Starbucks, and Waitrose.

What happens next?

Activating your £4 e-voucher is quick and easy! Just click the link below, and in a few simple steps, you can convert it into an e-voucher, ready to spend at the retailer of your choice.
